Manage family, work and stress through yoga practice – Sadhvi Devpriya
Today, “Family Management and Women” workshop was organized by Mahila Patanjali Yoga Samiti at the Community Center of Sector 49. In which Sadhvi Dr. Devpriya ji, central in-charge of Mahila Patanjali Yoga Committee, was the chief guest and Municipal Corporation Councilor Gurbaksh Rawat was the special guest. In this workshop, women were given tips to control work as well as family and stress. Women were told how they can maintain their mental and physical health by practicing yoga and always remain full of energy and happy.
By practicing yoga, she can balance family and work and remain healthy herself. The guests were welcomed and honored by state in-charge Sudha Rana, Samvad state in-charge Anjana Chauhan and other officials. Many women who organized yoga camps in different areas were honored for their commendable contribution to the committee.
Sadhvi Dr. Devpriya ji gave Patanjali Mahila Samiti the status of mothers of Patanjali Yogpeeth and said that work and family are important but staying healthy and taking care of oneself is most important.
Only if the mother of the family remains healthy will she keep the family healthy. He told that yoga practice provides mental peace, infuses energy in you, gives freedom from diseases, hence out of 24 hours, take out only half an hour for yourself and do yoga practice. Gurbaksh Rawat said that in this workshop, women’s management of family, stress and their health through yoga exposes a new inspiration. She also practices yoga herself and has learned a lot from the thoughtful words shared by Sadhvi Devpriya ji today. State in-charge Sudha Rana thanked all the women who came to the workshop.
