The NSS Wing, Legal Literacy Club and Social Science Department of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr.Sec.Public School Sec 40-C Chandigarh celebrated Labour Day under the able guidance of the Principal Ms. Charanpreet Kaur. The endeavour aimed at felicitation of school helpers who contribute in smooth functioning of the system in every sphere of school and in life in general.

The students came up with an array of activities to highlight their importance in our lives. It includes special song entitled as Humara Salam Aapko…. , Punjabi Speech on Labour Day, Nukkad Natak signifying the vital role of workers and Power Point Presentation to provide students with the awareness of Historical Facts of Labour Day. The Principal felicitated all the workers for their untiring efforts throughout the year and also encouraged the students to respect the manual labour done by helpers.
