Police Pensioners Welfare Association members from all districts are helping the flood victims at their own level. Mahendra Singh, SAS Nagar, September 6 ()-The meeting of the Punjab Police Pensioners Welfare Association District SAS Nagar unit was held under the chairmanship of the association’s District President and State General Secretary Mahendra Singh Inspector Retd. at the complex of District Office Police Station Phase 11.

A large number of retired officers and employees of the district attended the meeting. Giving information about the proceedings of the meeting, District General Secretary Dr. Daljit Singh Kailo and Senior Vice President Paramjit Singh Inspector Retd. said that the members of the association collected financial funds to help each victim, and it was decided to collect more funds in coordination with other related members of the association in a few days.

In this special meeting today, prayers were also offered for the well-being of the flood victims. State General Secretary Mahendra Singh Inspector Retd. While giving information about the help to the flood victims, he said that the members of 27 district units of his association are engaged in helping the flood victims in their respective districts and nearby districts.

They are all serving the flood victims in different ways at their own level. On this occasion, the leaders of the association also discussed the various problems of the members. In the meeting, apart from others, Swaran Singh Mauli SP Retd., Satnam Singh DSP Retd., Raghbir Singh Crime Reader, Nika Ram, Rattan Singh Zirakpur, Jaswant Singh Zirakpur, Harbhinder Kumar, Manmohan Singh Kahlo, Bahadur Singh Bhago Majra, Kishore Chand Katoch, Chain Singh Kurali, Jasmer Singh Maujpur, Inder Singh Sirhandi, Sukhjinder Singh Desu Majra (all retired Retd. Inspectors) were also present.
