HOLDS AN EDUCATIONAL TRIP TO ENERGY PARK

The Science Porium Club of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School Sec 40-C Chandigarh held an educational trip to Energy Park for the classes VI to IX with the financial aid provided by the Department of Science and Technology and Renewable Energy, Chandigarh Administration under the able guidance of the Principal Ms.Charanpreet Kaur.

Around 200 students were taken to the trip along with teachers in order to develop the scientific temperament and to sensitize students towards the cause of the conservation of Energy. Students came to know about the different working models of bio gas plant, solar cooker, solar car and solar energy. They learnt as well as enjoyed through this trip a lot. The Principal appreciated the Science Department for conducting such informative activities for the students.
