Under the leadership of Balwinder Singh Kumbhda, head of Anti-Atrocities and Anti-Corruption Front Punjab, grieving people from various police stations on behalf of the families of victims of police expressed their anger by burning the effigy of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.

    During this, giving information to journalists on the spot, Jyotsana’s wife Gagandeep Kumar, wife of village Kumbhada Gaurav, submitted a request to Hon’ble DGP Punjab for blackmailing on behalf of Sandeep Kaur by registering a false form of Aadhaar 376, 506 under trial. But till now no action has been taken by the police.

    The family is stumbling door to door for justice. Police of Police Station Phase-8 is not taking any action. He said that Rakesh Kumar, a police officer of ASI police station Phase-8, is involved with the blackmailing girls. He also presented evidence to the press on this occasion.

     

    Meanwhile, a victim Balwinder Singh house number 415 A Gulmohar City Kharar told that on his behalf false case number 135/22 against Police Station City Kharar against ASI Sakinder Singh of Police Station City Kharar through press on 19th December 2022 On the basis of false statements of Parvinder Singh, Karamjeet Singh, Majeet Kaur, Balwinder Kaur, inquiries were made to all the police officers for taking unilateral action against her family.

    But he kept wandering from door to door but till now no action has been taken by the police against the accused. He told that due to the connivance of ASI Sakinder Singh, my son sitting in the Central Jail Patiala has been included in the pamphlet by wrong action.

    In the third case, on the spot, Balwinder Singh Kumbhda said that against the aforesaid ASI Rakesh Kumar Police Station Phase-8, the Scheduled Caste Commission has registered a case under SC Act and other sections in relation to FIR No. 72 dated 2014 on January 3, 2023.

    For this, orders have been given to DGP Punjab. Apart from this, a status report has been sought on 31 January. But till now no action has been taken by the police officers, by which all the victim families and people with conscience have burnt the effigy of Chief Minister Punjab.

    In the fourth case, Balwinder Singh Kumbhda told that a case of fraud 420,406 was registered against Police Station Phase-8 Harjinder Singh Harry, resident of house number 2479 Sector-71, in which the investigation officer of Police Station Phase-8, ASI Bhupinder Singh, was working for almost a month. Not arresting the accused even after passing. He told that he himself gave information to the investigating officer on the phone and after meeting him personally, but the lice did not even slip on the ears of that officer.
