Councilor Gurbaksh Rawat accompanied by an engineering team and local Residents

Councilor Gurbaksh Rawat, accompanied by an engineering team and local residents, visited the Sector 40 contact center to assess its dire condition. During the inspection, the contact center was in extremely poor condition, prompting Councilor Gurbaksh Rawat to immediately initiate necessary repairs and improvements.

Attempts were also made to contact the Director’s IT office, but unfortunately, no representative from the IT office arrived at the site, nor did any coordination occur. Councilor Gurbaksh Rawat expressed his displeasure over this negligence, calling it irresponsible and unresponsive to essential public services.

Recognizing the gravity of the situation, Councilor Gurbaksh Rawat personally contacted Chief Engineer C.B. Oz. Chief Engineer C.B. Oza immediately took cognizance of the matter and directed the engineering team to immediately repair all deficiencies in the contact center.

Councilor Gurbaksh Rawat said that providing better, safe and smooth public facilities to the residents of Sector 40 is his top priority and such negligence of the IT office is condemnable.
