Mohali, November 15 ( ): Budding singer Kaur Gill’s debut song ‘Chooda’, dedicated to promoting Punjabi heritage, culture and Sufi singing, was released here today at Mohali Press Club.
Releasing this song today at Mohali Press Club under the banner of Punjabi UK Records, company owner and producer Pritpal Singh said that his main objective is to bring forward the new generation. He said that those talented and emerging singers who do not get a chance to come forward due to financial constraints and other reasons, we want to support them and give them a better future. He told that the music of this song has been given by Vinod Ratti ‘Desi Heke’ and the videography of the song has been done by Manjeet Thind Films, while the song has been filmed on models Vic Cheema and Mugudha Ahluwalia.
On this occasion, lyricist and singer Kaur Gill said that wearing bangles is every girl’s dream and for this purpose I have chosen this song. She said that she is the daughter of a poor family and producer Preetpal Singh has become a God for me, who has given me an opportunity to serve Punjabi culture. For this I will always be indebted to him. Kaur Gill further said that she was fond of singing since childhood, but due to poverty she did not get a chance to pursue it.
She says that along with singing, she also became fond of Sufiana singing, for which she also practices a lot. He appealed to the young and emerging singers not to stop working hard, one day God will definitely reward you for your hard work.
